How we work

Safety and quality

Safety and quality are not extras at Wanga 19. They are how we plan, build and hand over every project.

On-site safety

We plan for safety before any work starts. Every site is set up with the protective equipment, controls and briefings the work requires, and everyone on site is expected to follow them.

  • A risk assessment before work starts
  • Protective equipment for every task
  • Safety briefings and toolbox talks for the team
  • Clear procedures for working at height and with heavy equipment

Quality workmanship

We check the work as it goes, not just at the end. Materials are chosen for the job, measurements are confirmed before we build, and finished work is inspected before handover.

  • Materials chosen for the job and the site conditions
  • Inspections at key stages of the build
  • A walk-through with you before handover
  • Follow-up on any issues found after handover

Responsible waste and the environment

Waste is part of every job, so we plan for it from the start. We sort materials on site, recycle where we can and dispose of what is left responsibly.

  • A waste plan agreed at the start of each project
  • On-site sorting of recyclable materials
  • Responsible disposal of all waste streams
  • A clean, tidy site at the end of each day
